We provide care and accommodation for up to 29 residents, focusing on comfort, dignity, and personalised support. What We Offer £12.70 per hour38.5 hours per week contractedPensionOnsite parkingPaid PVGUniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (full‑time contract) What You’ll Do Empower Independence: Assist residents with daily routines, encouraging independence.Personalised Care: Follow each resident’s care plan, offering hands‑on help.Health and Wellbeing: Monitor health, communicate concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.Champion Dignity: Uphold dignity and respect in every interaction.Social Support: Encourage social interactions among residents and staff.Safety and Comfort: Work with housekeeping to maintain clean, safe spaces, respond quickly to emergencies.Nutritional Support: Assist residents with eating and drinking.Spread Smiles: Bring joy to residents every day. About You Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.Experience: At least 6 months as a Care Assistant, though passion and transferable skills also welcome.Passion: Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, committed to excellent service.Values: Integrity, respect, strong teamwork.
