Our client, an ambitious and fast-growing law firm with offices in Chorley and Manchester, is committed to providing high-quality legal services with a modern and honest approach, creating a supportive, agile, and flexible workplace environment for its people. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of land registry applications.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
- Handle land registry applications and manage related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
- Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
- Assist with the preparation of property documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are easily accessible and up to date.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- General support for the Real Estate team where needed.
- Front of house duties.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience with land registry applications and procedures (preferable).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Experience in real estate transactions or legal documentation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with property management software.
