Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards. Creating and carrying out treatment plans. Supporting the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner. Supporting, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team. Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have adequate knowledge, experience and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
