The company is committed to quality, collaboration, and using the latest technology to provide value-engineered solutions tailored to client requirements.The RoleAs part of our continued growth, Ground Developments is seeking an experienced Earthworks Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale earthworks packages.You will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of earthworks operations, from pre-construction planning through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality, and safety targets are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall management of bulk earthworks and enabling works packages.Leadership and co-ordination of site-based engineering and supervisory teams.Planning and implementation of earthworks strategies, methodologies, and sequencing.Cut/fill balance optimisation, materials management, and haul route planning.Procurement, management, and performance monitoring of subcontractors and plant.Programme management, progress reporting, and coordination with commercial teams.Oversight of site testing, validation, and earthworks certification requirements.Liaison with designers, consultants, clients, and statutory bodies.Review and approval of topographical, post-strip, and monthly valuation surveys.Oversight of Trimble machine control systems, base stations, and digital models.Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Company vehicle or allowance.Opportunity to lead major ground development and enabling works projects with strong career progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr
