Are you caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of staff in our two-form entry primary school. We work closely with children with complex needs and special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they receive tailored support that builds their independence and confidence. Requirements Supporting the Year 1 - Year 4 class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the curriculum. Working with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning, provide targeted support and help close gaps in understanding. Assisting with planning and preparing learning resources, displays and classroom activities. Supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs to access learning and participate fully in class. Encouraging positive behaviour, promoting independence and fostering strong learning attitudes. Helping to assess pupils progress through observations, feedback and record-keeping.
