Within the position you will be provided with the opportunity to utilise your engineering experience and knowledge to identify and improve machinery, equipment and manufacturing lines.What's In It For You As Process Improvement Engineer£55,000 basic salary plus 18% BonusPension match up to 10%Company Car with fuel cardDays based position Monday to Friday, that may require up to 2 nights per week (fully expensed) away from home visiting a particular siteExtensive training and career development programmesThe opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled technicians across maintenance and project engineering activitiesKey Responsibilities Of Process Improvement EngineerTravel across the region to provide support to each of the group's manufacturing sites.Provide 'hands-on' technical support and expertise and drive Plant Operational Improvement as part of the Group Engineering function.Support the development of the Reliability Centred Maintenance Strategy by supporting criticality assessments and drive towards condition-based monitoringEnhance plant reliability by applying modern maintenance strategies and continuous improvement techniques.Support new and innovative process automation initiatives.I would love to speak to anyone who has any of the followingPrevious experience as Maintenance Engineer from either an electrical or mechanical backgroundA Mechanical / Electrical Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 Engineering or City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent Naric / Enic ConversionAbility to trouble shoot & repair manufacturing plant equipment & machineryPrevious experience within Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance within industrial manufacturing plant environmentsInterested?
