Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to deliver a new service reservoir within the Yorkshire Water programme.The roleLeading supervisors, foremen, direct labour and subcontractors to deliver programme and quality targetsImplementing and monitoring HSEQ standards, permits and site documentation, RAMS, daily briefings and auditsManaging temporary works coordination, deep excavations and all associated civil worksOverseeing materials and plant procurement, call offs, logistics and stock controlDriving progress against programme, short interval planning and lookaheads, updating records and reportingEnsuring compliance with water industry regulations, Yorkshire Water standards and CDM requirementsManaging stakeholder interfaces, coordination with designers and client representatives, and maintaining clear site communicationsMaintaining accurate records, diaries, ITPs, NCRs and as builtsWhat you will needEssentialProven experience as a Site Manager on water or heavy civils projectsDeep excavation experienceSMSTSWater HygieneStrong plant ordering and materials controlTrack record managing direct and subcontract labour on active sitesExcellent HSEQ focus and knowledge of CDMDesirableTemporary Works Supervisor or CoordinatorConfined spacesRSWAFirst AidExperience on Yorkshire Water or other UK water company frameworksWhat is on offerLong term continuity on a major reservoir scheme within the Yorkshire Water programmeCompetitive day rateSupportive site team and clear progression opportunities across wider worksHow to applyPlease send your up to date CV.
