Location: Bolton, Hybrid role – 3 days in office, 2 from homePURPOSE OF ROLETo support the team during a maternity leave period, handling SME commercial accounts with a focus on renewals, MTAs, and some new business. Initially renewals-heavy to build pipeline.RESPONSIBILITIESManage SME commercial policies across Motor, Fleet, Shops, Tradesmen, Liability, and BIHandle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and occasional new businessProvide support to the wider Corporate and Senior broking teamDeliver a high standard of service in line with company and FCA guidelinesDAY-TO-DAYProcess client documentation and renewals through ActurisLiaise with insurers and clients for terms, queries, and cover requirementsMaintain accurate records and update systems accordinglyWork both independently and alongside account handlers/executivesEXPERIENCEPrevious experience in a broking/SME handling role (Commercial lines)Strong knowledge of Motor and Fleet policiesExperience using Acturis preferredSKILLSOrganised, detail-focused, and confident communicatorAble to prioritise workload and work under minimal supervisionStrong IT/system skills and familiarity with commercial insurance processesIf you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on 07393536 954 or email us at admin@lawesgroup.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
