Join to apply for the Specialist Audiologist role at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for experienced applicants, educated to degree level with an audiology qualification. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a specialist interest in providing hearing assessments and rehabilitation for adults and children of all developmental ages, from newborn to school‑leaving age. The successful applicants will join a multidisciplinary team including extended‑scope Audiologists, Clinical Scientists, Newborn Hearing Screeners, clinical nurse specialists, voice therapists, and ENT specialists to deliver a full range of specialist‑level services to the local population of approximately 360,000. Traveling may be required; a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would be desirable. Location of clinics: Kingston, Roehampton, Woking, Redhill, Aldershot, Surbiton. The department is accredited under the Improving Quality in Physiological Measurement Services (IQIPS) programme and delivers the full scope of routine and complex paediatric and adult services. The dedicated team of fourteen highly qualified and experienced Audiology practitioners provides the highest standards of care and, as an accredited training centre, enjoys strong links with higher education providers and active participation in the South West London Clinical Networks. In order to be considered for these posts you must be registered with (or eligible to be registered with) the AHCS (or equivalent) and be eligible to work in the U.K. Support will be given to ensure the successful candidates continue their professional development. Responsibilities and Key Activities Provide hearing assessments and rehabilitation services to adults and children. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care. Travel to clinics across the listed locations. Qualifications Familiar with service provision in the UK and current developments and issues. Experienced working at a high level of autonomy and operate effectively within a team. Able to demonstrate a flexible, adaptable approach and an ability to exercise good judgement based on up‑to‑date knowledge and experience.
