Carat is privileged to work with some of the most eminent companies in the world.Role SummaryThe Insight Manager sits within the Dentsu Global Strategy & Insight team, supporting global initiatives and leading the development of insight‑led solutions across key clients and strategic opportunities. The role blends rigorous research, cultural intelligence and innovative problem‑solving to create work that is grounded in real human understanding. It supports idea development, strengthens strategic narratives and shapes new solutions that elevate Carat’s offer. The Insight Manager also helps embed the Designing for People framework across markets, ensuring Empathy, Define and Learn remain central to our approach.Why This Role MattersInsight is critical to how Dentsu creates value.
