Lead Strata’s Data Centre Division with full commercial and operational accountability, driving growth, client excellence, and high-performing teams. This role combines strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and people development to position Strata as a trusted partner and industry leader in digital construction and time management solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the division’s commercial and operational performance, ensuring profitability, delivery excellence, and sustainable growth. Oversee project outcomes, resources, and financial performance across client programmes. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Strata’s data centre portfolio and strengthen key client relationships. Work with the executive team to set divisional strategy and deliver against business targets. Act as the senior point of contact for data centre clients, representing Strata’s digital and delivery expertise. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and align Strata’s services with client objectives. Translate client needs into data-driven solutions that reinforce Strata’s market leadership. Lead and develop high-performing teams that deliver consistent operational excellence. Embed accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with Strata’s STAR values. Drive a high-trust, inclusive culture that supports innovation and professional growth. Use performance insights to enhance efficiency, engagement, and client outcomes. Qualifications Accomplished data centre construction leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes. Proven ability to balance strategic vision with practical, results-driven delivery in fast-paced, high-value environments. Strong foundation in construction planning, project management, and digital delivery, with deep understanding of design, schedule, and risk integration. Demonstrated commercial acumen and success in delivering value through efficient, data-informed decision-making. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently and credibly at executive and senior levels. Skilled in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. Passionate about digital transformation, leveraging technology, data, 4D modelling, and analytics to enhance project insight and performance. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a focus on clarity, engagement, and impact across all audiences.
