Overview There is an exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting skill mix team delivering Health Visiting services in Hounslow. We are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse to work within our skill mix team to offer well child clinics, health reviews and packages of care to families. Job Settings The Community Nursery Nurse will work flexibly across the 3 Hounslow localities depending on service need. The work is offered in a variety of community settings, which include homes, clinics, hotels, refuges, early years settings, Family Hubs & children’s centres.
