About The Role As a member of the Library & Archives senior management team you will lead on all aspects of strategic development and operational management and expertise relating to the Modern Record Centre (MRC), including the University Archives and Special Collections. Leading the MRC team and all aspects of the archival service you will develop strategies to enhance engagement with the MRC and its collections, the management and development of both the physical and digital collections and their use to support teaching, research and community engagement. About You You will be a confident, creative leader who sees new possibilities for archives and special collections. You will have: Experience of managing archives and special collections and driving innovation (ideally in higher education, but it's not essential). A proven ability to unlock the potential of collections for education, research and civic engagement. A commitment to inclusivity and successful partnership‑building. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence at a senior level.
