Salary: £32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications).

Heart of Supply is pleased to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work with our trusted partner schools in Boston and nearby areas from January 2026.

This role offers a mix of day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term assignments across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll have the opportunity to teach in a range of friendly Boston schools, delivering purposeful lessons, using the plans provided, and helping to maintain a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere while the class teacher is away.

We’re looking for motivated and dependable Primary School Teachers who can build positive relationships quickly, manage the classroom with confidence, and bring a steady, encouraging approach to every setting. Whether you’re introducing early learners to new skills or guiding older pupils through key curriculum content, your work will have a meaningful impact each day.

What you will need:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting

* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement

* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom

* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike

* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
