My fast-growing Cheltenham based client is currently seeking an ambitious and dynamic candidate to join their firm as a Corporate Finance Associate. Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in practice.

The Role

Our award-winning Corporate Finance team, who are nationally recognised for their work, are now looking to expand their team.

  1. Assisting in lead advisory assignments with a typical transaction value of up to £20 million
  2. Evaluation of the current trading performance of the business
  3. Preparation of projections and underlying assumptions
  4. Be involved in the production of quality detailed written sales documentation within agreed timescales
  5. Preparing business valuations, identifying and approaching potential acquirers
  6. Assisting with queries arising from the acquirers' due diligence processes
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. ACA/ACCA qualified and/or working in a financial services environment
  2. Transactional experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  3. Strong time management and organisational skills
  4. Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  5. Practical and commercial approach to work
