Our service is made up of specialists within the fields of medicine, physiotherapy, psychology, nursing, and exercise therapy. You will work closely with the Medical and Psychology clinical leads to innovate, progress the direction of the service, ensuring efficiency and embedding new ways of working.For this joint clinical leadership and operational role we are looking for someone with well-developed experience of operational service delivery and of leading teams. You will also provide clinical leadership and line management to the team of specialist pain management physiotherapists.The successful candidate should be an experienced expert clinician and will also carry a clinical caseload. The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, and the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
