Join to apply for the Year in industry placement | HR role at Immunocore Location Oxford, UK Department Human Resources Key Responsibilities Active member of the Immunocore HR team, first point of contact for employee and manager queries (askHR) Responsible for absence reporting, system and payroll updates, and providing admin support to the team Support HRBPs with annual Performance and Development processes, succession planning and development planning Assist recruitment processes and interviews, including the recruitment of placement students for the 2027 intake Update weekly and monthly reports and dashboards as required (using our Human Resources Information System) Support the L&D team with onboarding and training activities Take on additional projects to support the team that would improve processes, data and other efficiencies Work in up to four HR teams (HR information systems, Reward, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HR Operations) for a 12‑month placement Education & Qualifications Currently studying towards a Business Studies / Human Resources / Psychology related degree with a keen interest in human resources, systems, data and analytics. Benefits Paid placement with 25 days of annual leave (pro‑rated), pension scheme eligibility, and access to our active Sports and Social Club with subsidised events. Phone interviews will start shortly after, with shortlisted candidates invited to an in‑person Assessment Centre on 23‑26 February 2026. Placements are expected to begin on 7th September 2026.
