What You’ll Do: Provide support with hospitality and events Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance What You’ll Bring: Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Hospitality and Coffee shop Working in a team of 9 with 2 direct reports.
