Budget Ownership & Commercial Performance Management Evidence of full ownership and optimisation of large‑scale paid search budgets (ꌐm+), including setting, managing, and reallocating spend to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives. Experience required in negotiating commercial terms with agencies and platform partners, overseeing agency performance, and delivering regular budget reporting and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Experience required in quantifying the commercial impact of marketing initiatives, promotions, and investment scenarios, and in providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Evidence of partnering with finance and commercial teams to ensure marketing spend is optimised and aligned with business objectives. Insightful Reporting & Strategic Influence Evidence of authoring and presenting high‑quality marketing performance reports and trading pack content for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
