Deputy Manager – ProCook O2 Icon Store Join ProCook, the UK's fastest‑growing kitchenware brand, as a Deputy Manager at our O2 Icon Store in London. This full‑time, 40hrs/week position works 5 out of 7 days on a rota, including weekends. Responsibilities Kick off your day by engaging your team and outlining daily goals. Assist customers in finding precisely what they need and provide exceptional service. Train and mentor your team on product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure the store is maintained to high visual and cleanliness standards. Prepare the store at the end of the day for the next day’s operations. Key Activities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. Step into the role of Store Manager when required. Promote a customer‑first culture that drives loyalty and satisfaction. Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive working atmosphere. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Help manage inventory and stock levels to maintain efficiency. Requirements A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience in a retail management role. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach. Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate a team. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
