This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £25,700 per annum and benefits package. 06.00 - 09.00 and 14.00 - 18.00 What will you deliver? Due to an increase in additional works at this school site we are recruiting for a Caretaker. Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement. What can we offer you? Relevant continuous working experience of providing FM services including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential) Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements. (Essential) Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment. (Desirable) Who are we?
