Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe. Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment while following all health and safety procedures. Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and engage in the full activity timetable. Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team. Who We’re Looking For Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people of all ages. Understanding of health and safety practices. Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories. A valid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential).
