Role description: Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed. As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets. Role accountabilities: Arcadis is a leader in using technology to help address transport challenges as well as designing, implementing and operating technology-led transport solutions around the world. As part of the Transport Technology Team, you will work alongside our team of consultants to help analyse complex transport problems, to identify and develop technology-led solutions. You will be involved in everything from research and strategy development through to design, implementation and evaluation, helping shape the future of transport across the UK and beyond. Accepted Degrees: BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in Engineering, IT-related subject, Mathematics, Physics or related degree Qualifications & Experience: You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
