We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client based in Cirencester

Requirements

* You must be MRICS (5 years minimum PQE) and experienced in the residential sector.

* Must have experience with listed buildings, understand the planning system, and good building control knowledge.

* Good with clients and able to meet new clients and win work.

* Able to write schedules of work/specifications.

* Knowledge of JCT contracts (MW & IMW), contract administration experience, and project management experience.

* Able to manage own workload

* Able to undertake inspections and surveys.

* Produce reports on defects.

* Produce reports on properties (RICS Level 2 and 3).

* Produce insurance reinstatement costings.

* Nice to have - Party wall / dilapidations.
