OverviewJoin to apply for the Senior Project Manager role at Galliford TryAn opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join the team at Galliford Try, we have two openings at Project and Senior Project Manager level so welcome interest from both. Ideally, you will be based in or around the Devon area.What you will be doingAs a Senior Project Manager, you will play an integral role in directing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each stage of the project is safe, progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.Participate in creating a “knowingly safe” working environmentEnsure the company’s health, safety & sustainability standards are applied on the projectPlan and co-ordinate project prior to commencementCo-ordinate and control initial set up including initiating Company systems and proceduresEnsure that the principles of CDM are applied on the projectControl and monitor efficient progress of the worksLiaise with the design team to ensure the design deliverables are received in time for efficient delivery of the site worksDevelop and foster collaborative working relationships with the Client, Client’s Representatives, Supply Chain and internal teamsMaintain the culture whereby everyone is continually seeking to satisfy customer requirementsAdminister the valuation system, maximise cash flow and profitabilityEnsure systems are in place in order that quality of work is to the prescribed standardsPlan, co-ordinate, maintain and develop staff and operative levels to undertake current and prospective workloadsMonitor and record individual performances encouraging and disciplinary as and when necessaryAbout youWe are looking for passion, strong leadership and a commitment for delivering excellence. If you have solid experience delivering complex Projects as a Project Manager or are ready for this next step as a successful Project Manager then get in touch as we want to hear from you.
