Provide tailored, first-rate advice to clients, delivering exceptional client care Take responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their development, and contributing to the wider success of the department overall Play an active part in business development initiatives, nurturing existing client relationships while building new ones through marketing, networking, and referral work. Work closely with the Head of Department and senior management to deliver departmental strategy and contribute to long-term growth.About You Up to 5+ years PQE in Private Client. Solid technical expertise across the full spectrum of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning. Excellent communication and client-care skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Commercial acumen and enthusiasm for business development.
