The Role As part of the Recruitment Administration team your overall responsibility will be to take full ownership of the post-offer administration process for all candidates offered roles within your designated business area. Key Responsibilities Create contracts of employment ensuring 100% accuracy Check Right to Work and DBS documentation prior to contract being issued Apply and obtain satisfactory references and chase through as and when required Research candidate history online for due diligence purposes through Google Ensure the recruitment is fully compliant prior to the candidate commencing employment Raise any potential risks regarding recruitment to your manager as soon as they arise Be aware and support the process of onboarding candidates if required Update and maintain recruitment spreadsheets/trackers used to monitor recruitment progress Manage high volume inboxes What We're Looking For Experience working in an admin role Competent with Microsoft Office packages Ability to interact with individuals at all levels and demonstrate the highest degree of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information Why Join Care UK Be part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care.
