Drive Continuous improvement: Spot what could work better, capture lessons learned, and suggest ideas to improve how we deliver projects. Tools you will use: Monday.com for plans and reporting, plus Excel for data and budgeting. Project management methodologies include Prince2, Waterfall and Agile. Your Experience And Background 3+ years’ experience in project support or project coordination, ideally within IT, Telecoms or a related environment. Exposure to projects involving people, systems, data, or processes, and a willingness to learn integration best practices. Ability to maintain governance documentation, RAID logs and action trackers accurately. Awareness of risk management, compliance requirements (including GDPR) and contractual obligations. Familiarity with systems and data activities such as CRM, ERP/Finance, billing or HR platforms is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and experience (or willingness to learn) project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms. An interest in developing formal project management skills - certifications such as Prince2 Foundation or Agile Awareness are advantageous.
