Trainee Leakage Technician

Join to apply for the Trainee Leakage Technician role at WRc Group WRc, a member of RSK Group, is looking for Trainee Leakage Technicians to join their team in Swindon on a full‑time, permanent basis. No experience required; however you must have a full UK Driving Licence with the ability to drive a 3.5‑tonne medium wheelbase van. This physically demanding position involves daily travel from our Swindon office to London, with occasional national and international assignments. The role offers great opportunities for career progression within the team. Responsibilities include assisting with pipeline inspection surveys and installing our cutting‑edge technology systems for analysis in the office. All tools and equipment will be provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver clean and dirty water projects in line with business requirements and customer expectations. Ensure projects are undertaken safely and environmentally responsibly, meeting cost, time, and quality standards. Collaborate with the planner to communicate any schedule changes to all stakeholders for successful project delivery. Maintain governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle. Adhere to company and client health and safety requirements. Person Specification Full UK Driving Licence with ability to drive a 3.5‑tonne medium wheelbase van. Desire to work outdoors in all weather. Construction background an advantage, not essential. Good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365. Good fitness level to cope with a physically demanding job. Willingness to work away once a month for a period of time. Ability to cover night and weekend work. Salary and Benefits £27,000 with potential to earn up to £35,000 with overtime. Life assurance. Private Health Care Plan after probationary period.
