If you have enhanced clinical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to improving veteran mental health, we'd love to hear from you.The post holder will lead and support the team in assessing new patients, including risk assessment, care planning, and directing referrals to the most appropriate pathway or urgent care when needed. They will implement clinical governance and risk management, act as shift leader within CPE, and provide expert clinical leadership, supervision, and training to ensure consistent, high-quality mental health care in community settings. Working closely with operational leads and multidisciplinary teams, the Clinical Lead will embed trauma-informed and reablement principles, manage complex assessments, and apply holistic approaches to health and social needs.
