This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE looking to take on high-quality work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment with genuine progression prospects.The RoleYou will be managing a varied and complex caseload of contentious probate matters, working closely with a well-established team. The firm handles high-value disputes relating to wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance claims, and you’ll play an integral role in delivering top-tier legal services to a broad client base.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on a range of contentious probate and trust disputesManaging your own caseload with appropriate supervisionAssisting senior team members with high-value and complex disputesEngaging in negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings where necessaryHelping to develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiativesCandidate ProfileA qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in contentious probateStrong knowledge of Inheritance Act claims, will disputes, trust litigation, and Court of Protection issuesExcellent client care, communication, and organisational skillsA proactive, team-oriented approachDesire to develop your career within a growing departmentWhy JoinWork within a supportive and collegiate teamHybrid agile working model for improved work-life balanceClear route for career progressionMultiple office locations to choose from across the West MidlandsCompetitive salary and benefits packageInterested?
