This is a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6/7/8a Pharmacist to make a significant impact in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role requires immediate availability and offers a minimum 3-month placement with the potential for extension.Key Responsibilities:You will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. You will ensure the safe and effective use of medications. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. You will conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters.
