As well as being responsible for the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers plans are up to date. Through demonstrable experience you will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will excellent at planning both your time and team whilst remaining supportive to peoples individual needs. This is an fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well being in the peoples later years.
