In this role, you will independently lead data analysis, identify performance trends, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders and external partners.You will be responsible for managing advertising partnerships across multiple territories, supporting collaboration with sales houses, and driving revenue growth through informed decision-making. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical strategies are essential.Reporting to the VP of Ad Sales, you will work closely with regional teams to optimise revenue performance and support new advertising opportunities.This is a permanent position. This role will be hybrid based in the London office, working on exciting, award-winning brands like Sky HISTORY and Crime+Investigation.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insight ReportingRun complex commercial and audience data reports independently to inform decision-making.Analyse advertising performance and revenue trends, identifying risks and opportunities.Deliver concise, insightful reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.Investigate issues, troubleshoot challenges, and propose data-driven solutions to improve outcomes.Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with advertising sales houses across multiple territories.Ensure alignment between partner performance and business objectives.Support contract execution, compliance, and negotiation in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.Monitor and drive sales house performance to meet revenue targets.Identify opportunities to maximise ad monetisation and streamline delivery.Recommend strategic initiatives based on market insights and data trends.Work closely with the VP of Ad Sales and regional teams to align goals and priorities.Lead by example, owning projects and contributing independently to team success.Provide mentorship and support future team growth as the role evolves.To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following key competencies:Commercial AcumenRelationship BuildingStrategic ThinkingLeadership & TeamworkMarket AnalysisProficient in conducting independent data research and analysing audience profiles with a strong commercial focus.Proven background in advertising account management, sales partnerships, or similar roles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance against targets and recommend strategic actionable insights to drive revenue.Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, partnership management, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.Proactive and solution-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and regions.Previous experience working with TechEdge, BARB, and/or Adalyser research.About UsAt Hearst Networks EMEA, we share stories that matter, inspiring and exciting our audiences with hit US franchises (The Curse of Oak Island, Pawn Stars), must-see docudramas (Royal Kill List and Colosseum), and original commissions (Sex: A Bonkers History with Amanda Holden, Royal Autopsy, Cops Gone Bad with Will Mellor).
