Inspire and engage young minds in Key Stage 2Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our team and work within welcoming primary schools across the Exeter area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated educator to make a real difference in children’s learning and development as they take the next step in their primary education journey. As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum, supporting pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you’ll be joining schools that value enthusiasm, professionalism, and high-quality teaching. £120–£150 per day, paid weekly via PAYE Opportunities to work in a range of supportive, local primary schools Access to Teaching Personnel’s CPD Academy and ongoing training opportunities Support and guidance from a dedicated consultant in our Exeter branch Potential for long-term or permanent placements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet all learners’ needs Excellent classroom management and communication skills A creative, positive, and nurturing approach to teaching and learning All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
