Product Lead - Europe and UK Infrastructure Join to apply for the Product Lead - Europe and UK Infrastructure role at Wise. As part of our team, you will help create an entirely new network for the world's money across Europe and the UK. This role will be based out of our London office alongside the Europe and UK product team. Remote work is flexible, but being co‑located in London is essential for effective teamwork and strategy development. Responsibilities Own the money movement infrastructure that powers Wise in Europe and the UK. Identify key opportunities to enhance infrastructure so customers can move money instantly with minimal cost and friction. Own the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the money‑movement product in the region. Expand our direct integrations at speed while scaling them to minimise costs. Set best practices for how Wise implements direct access to payment systems. This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To Have a significant impact on Wise's core product offering and customer experience. Work with a talented, diverse team to develop innovative payment solutions. Power the rails that run all of Wise’s products in Europe and the UK. Make data‑driven decisions that measurably improve our service for businesses and consumers. Influence cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
