Senior Quality Engineer Location: Weston-Super-Mare Salary: Up to £40,000 + excellent benefits We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturer that supplies components to several major vehicle brands. The company has a strong reputation for engineering quality and continuous improvement, and they’re now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team. Benefits 9‑day working fortnight (every other Friday off) Competitive salary up to £40,000 Enhanced sick pay (13 weeks full, 13 weeks half pay) 3% employer pension contribution Factory shutdowns in August (2 weeks) and December (1 week) Excellent training and development opportunities This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with recognised automotive and manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve quality issues using 8D and root cause analysis. Support NPI and APQP activities during new process development. Lead and support internal and supplier audits. Maintain documentation, control plans, PPAPs, and inspection processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
