The position will be working on a nuclear site, working 4 days per week, every Friday off

  • Conduct thorough surveys, including management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, ensuring accurate bulk sampling and precise site notes.
  • Engage in comprehensive training programs and stay current with industry trends.
  • Complete tasks ranging from statutory re-inspections to airborne fibre monitoring and 4-stage clearance activities, demonstrating proficiency.
  • Provide expert asbestos management advice to clients, significantly contributing to health and safety.
  • Ensure all asbestos-related work meets quality standards, collaborating with the technical team.
  • Compile accurate reports, maintaining site laboratory integrity and reliability.
  • Identify growth opportunities and promote services to clients, driving success and expansion.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Offer technical advice and support to the team and clients, and prepare comprehensive health and safety risk assessments.
What do you need?
  • Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations, including P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
  • A proactive mindset, dedicated to meeting deadlines.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UKAS accredited environment.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
