HR and Data Protection Administrator – Kings Norton Girls' School Kings Norton Girls' School, an OFSTED outstanding school and founding member of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust (WMAT), offers a vibrant, socially and culturally diverse environment in the heart of Birmingham. We are looking for an exceptional administrator to join our team on a permanent, full‑time, term‑time only basis (plus a two‑week holiday period). The successful candidate will support the HR and data management of the school to ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and KNGS policies and procedures. The role also involves maintaining whole‑school administration, organising events, and rotating on the First Aid Rota (training provided). Responsibilities Proactively support the HR and data management to ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and KNGS policies and procedures. Maintain whole‑school administration and organise events. Rotate on the First Aid Rota (training provided). Qualifications CIPD Level 3 qualification. Strong experience in administration, preferably within a school or public‑sector setting (not essential). Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently. Experience handling confidential information and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Confidence using IT systems, including MS Office and preferably SIMS or HR/payroll databases. Discrete and professional approach, commitment to safeguarding, data protection, and providing high‑quality support across the school and trust.
