OverviewWant to make a real difference in one child\'s learning journey?Reeson Education are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil in a successful Hackney primary school starting September 2025.Job details Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Hackney Start Date: September 2025 End Date: July 2026 Daily Rate: £82.14 - £100Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 4/5 pupil with additional needs Adapt classroom activities to suit the child\'s individual learning requirements Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and implement strategies Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment Full-time position until the end of the academic yearAbout the School Ofsted Outstanding primary school with a strong child-centred ethos Robust SEN provision and excellent support structure for 1:1 Teaching Assistants Friendly, experienced staff team committed to inclusive practice Highly regarded in the local community with supportive leadership Well connected by public transport for easy commutingCandidate Requirements Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a 1:1 capacity Confident managing additional needs and behavioural challenges Patient, dependable, and genuinely passionate about education Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)This role offers an excellent opportunity for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to make a meaningful difference in a child\'s education while developing their own skills in a nurturing and professional environment.
