Supervisor role We are looking for a supervisor to join RSM’s Accounting and Financial Reporting team in Glasgow to provide delivery and supervision of accountancy services to corporate clients, while always promoting the firm. You’ll make an impact by : Preparing annual financial statements for corporate clients, including accounts for audit Ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and within deadline Taking the lead on assignments when required, ensuring work is delivered effectively Supervising and coaching junior team members, assisting with their day-to-day training and development Delivering excellent client service at all times Communicating any issues or concerns to managers or partners offering practical solutions where possible What we’re looking for : We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
