Construction Lawyer

We are currently seeking Construction Lawyers to support our clients. Responsibilities Work on construction related contracts for HS2 development projects. Contract negotiation and management. Review purchase orders, subcontracts, car park licenses, and leases Thoroughly review and advise on a variety of contracts, including FIDIC contracts, turbine supplier agreements, agreements related to offshore wind projects. Provide legal support in day to day business issues and contribute to other workstreams as needed. Qualifications 5 to 15 years of experience in construction and engineering law within a law firm or in‑house environment. Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, turbine supplier agreements, offshore wind. Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
