What you will be doing As a MCT you will provide cover for whole engine facilities, you will be trained to provide high quality support over a wide range of measurement and control solutions across the Test Bed Facility itself, and the Test Vehicle. The role predominantly covers Trent Engines but also supports legacy Fleet Engines and Technology Demonstrators. MCTs are the first line of support to both reactive and proactive technical operations. You will tackle fault diagnosis, deliver smart fixes, and escalates complex issues with precision, from Maintaining calibration equipment to driving effective containment actions, you will play a key part in operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Complete fault-finding investigations on Measurement and Control systems, implement containment actions and close to root cause. Calibration and coordination of Test Facility measurement and conditioning equipment Maintenance of Measurement and Control systems infrastructure Manufacture of looms and electrical slave equipment Identification and implement improvements to operational efficiency To manage personal workload prioritisation to meet customer expectations and to ensure realistic targets are in place and achieved.
