Digital Learning Data and Compliance Manager Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Learning Data and Compliance Manager to join our Digital Learning Team. The role combines data analysis, compliance, and project management to ensure mandatory training and appraisal standards are met. Job Summary You will lead monitoring, reporting, and improving compliance performance, shaping communication and engagement with staff across the Trust. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, effective care. Responsibilities Lead the administrative and reporting function for mandatory training and appraisal compliance. Develop and deliver integrated communication plans to engage staff and managers. Use data insights to drive compliance improvements and support organisational goals. Champion digital learning initiatives that empower staff and enhance patient safety. Qualifications Proven experience in data compliance, governance, or project management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Impact Lead the development and oversight of robust, data‑driven systems to monitor and enhance role‑based training compliance across the Trust. Person Specification Essential Experienced admin user of Totara Learning Management System Extensive work experience as Data Analyst Advanced Excel Skills (course or equivalent work experience) Excellent written communication skills demonstrated through application form Desirable Application demonstrates knowledge of Totara Learning Management System Application demonstrates an understanding of large complex data Competent Excel Skills demonstrated through work experience or course About Us Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust delivers excellent local and specialist services.
