Job ResponsibilitiesDocument management and organisationContract management for service and project contracts, including project bookings – (document/information finalisation and management, programme of works, credit checks, company T&C’s vs customer T&C’s, liaising with financial and Operational teams)Review, negotiation and agreement of Terms and Conditions’Reviewing, negotiating and supporting finalisation of general legal and contractual documentsIssuing of contract and project noticesSupporting Operations in addressing site issues, claims and disputesReviewing and agreeing Final AccountsSupporting with Debt CollectionSupporting change orders and variation requestsManagement of upstream approvalsQualificationsIdeally, 3 years or more experience in a Quantity Surveying or similar Legal/Contractual capacityA minimum of a HNC in a relevant fieldBe a confident negotiator, with strong contract management skillsProfessional, motivated and looking to forge a career in a global leading companyStrong skills using MS Office, databases, and eProcurement systemsConsistently works to deadlinesStrong organisational and people skillsExcellent time management skillsHighly motivated, reliable and hardworkingBenefitsCompetitive salary paid on a monthly basis34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidaysAttractive company pension schemeHealth cash plan provided, allows you to claim towards health costs.
