As a Client Experience Host you will use your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from the moment they enter our showroom, to create a personal and luxury experience that goes above and beyond expectations. You will be hands‑on and be involved in a variety of tasks including spending a lot of time on the shop floor liaising with clients, and carrying out administrative duties in the back office. About You Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience within hospitality or luxury retail. Ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships with clients. A great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like. Experience of working within a high performing team. Excellent organisational skills.
