Territory Sales Manager - Advanced Repair and Reconstruction, North East An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hernia repair team as a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North East. As a sales territory manager, you will join a dynamic and progressive team to focus on the expansion of an existing customer base and introduction of new opportunities across the region, maintaining and developing sales to become the leading supplier of Advanced Repair & Reconstruction solutions. Job Description BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. We are looking for sales professionals who are not content with the status quo, master SFDC CRM daily, and bring a mentality of continuous improvement and market growth. Main Responsibilities Execute sales strategy in line with business unit objectives. Drive all sales activities from pain identification through solution provision, product positioning, trials, contract negotiations, opportunity closure, and demand generation. Represent BD at appropriate congresses and events at national and international levels. Provide field support and education to physicians and other clinical professionals. Support local and EU Marketing Manager training and coaching activities. Analyze market trends and activity to enable penetration and market growth. Drive KOL engagement to enhance developments in surgical procedures and patient outcomes. Maintain CRM compliance to reflect territory management. About you Medical sales experience, ideally within general theatre (not essential). A degree or diploma within a clinical field is preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills. Detailed understanding of needs/analysis/solution selling. Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to be agile and think creatively.
