The Role We’re looking for a talented Creative Producer to join our fast‑growing London team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering bold creative work – taking projects from initial client brief through to final execution. In this role, you’ll oversee every phase of production: leading pre‑production, driving on‑set management, and ensuring seamless post‑production wrap. You’ll build and manage best‑in‑class creative teams by leveraging both your own network and our trusted wider community. We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational instincts, a solutions‑focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple dynamic projects at once. You bring a sharp creative eye, strong communication skills, and the confidence to maintain excellence even as briefs evolve. We welcome applicants from both creative and event‑led production backgrounds, as the role will span both. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver productions to the highest standard, on schedule and on budget Develop creative ideas rooted in the client brief, supported by outstanding visual references and relevant creative collaborators Assemble and manage creative teams, fostering strong relationships internally and externally Work closely with the leadership team throughout the lifecycle of each project Understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring expectations are met from concept to completion Produce clear and detailed project documentation: briefs, treatments, location decks, budgets, timelines, PPM decks, and wrap reports Continuously push creative ambition and output across all work Requirements 3+ years experience in a creative producer or event production role Demonstrated project management experience, including direct client communication Ability to craft standout creative treatments and written briefs Experience building estimates and budgets Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; a collaborative team player This role is office based in Soho, London – 4 days a week What We Offer We’re committed to supporting personal and professional development, encouraging curiosity, and welcoming new ideas.
