We’re hiring for two exciting Coordinator roles within the Centre for Guidelines at NICE Coordinator – Professional Team Join our professional team to provide administrative and project management support across the Centre for Guidelines. Coordinator – Topic Hub As a coordinator in the Topic Hub, you will play a key role in the efficient and effective organisation of the programme to enable the development of guidelines, quality standards and indicators. You will work closely with colleagues from across the Centre to plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of individual products and projects, ensuring consistency across the work programme. You will also coordinate and support a variety of activities relating to guideline, quality standard and indicator development. Please note: This role may not be eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship. Check the Direct Gov website for details. General Responsibilities Act as a contact point for internal and external teams Maintain databases and records systems Contribute to project planning and coordination to meet deadlines Professional Team Responsibilities Plan and negotiate project timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders Coordinate activities to meet deadlines and manage recruitment of external contributors Act as a key contact for guidance programmes Maintain accurate databases and records Upload and update documents on the NICE website Topic Hub Responsibilities Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and external organisations Build strong stakeholder relationships and respond to enquiries Provide advice on Centre-related issues Deliver administrative support (correspondence, diary management, minute‑taking) Support project management by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring documentation is complete Maintain databases and pursue ongoing professional development The Centre for Guidelines directorate develops guidelines on the promotion of good health, the prevention of ill health, the appropriate treatment and care for people with specific diseases and conditions, and social care and service delivery.
