HE Lecturer – Teacher Education Ref: 131254 Salary: £31,925 - £40,640 pro rata (£4,167 - £5,305 actual salary) Hours: 5.5 hours per week Location: Selby College At the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, we have an amazing opportunity to teach our enthusiastic and passionate trainees on a Thursday evening, to inspire and motivate them to achieve their highest potential. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging schemes of learning and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment resources. Facilitate the development of core knowledge and professional skills to support trainee success. Use a range of inclusive teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance learner engagement and outcomes. Effectively produce and manage every trainee’s individual teaching plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential.
